1.2 BUSINESS MODEL

OneSource VIP Services started as a small business modelled towards providing a sustainable system

of tax preparation and e-filing services. OneSource VIP Services will be expanding its services by
opening 3 additional tax offices in which some milestones to achieving this have been reached by the

company which include:

o registration for IRS PTIN and EFIN

o physical location secured
o completion specialized training

o procurement tax preparation software, and

o setting up of the computer systems,
The company currently operates home based services due to the Covid-19 pandemic while seeking fund

to open new offices for 2022 tax season. The OneSource VIP Services’ business model was created
with the knowledge that there is a need to create a safe and professional studio where clients can be

assured of good, quality and professional services. The business strategy is to take advantage of THE

OneSource VIP Services’ business nature in order to turn the tables in its favor and generate substantial
revenue. We will employ people who are trained, trustworthy, customer-focused, and willing to work

hard to help us develop a successful company that benefits all stakeholders (the owners, workforce, and
customers). Our management and team of staff will be led by the owner Tiwana Bell, an expert and

qualified professional in Tax preparation Services and with years of experience in the industry.
