OneSource VIP Services, a business set up with workers carefully selected from a pool of skillful,
highly hospitable and friendly tax return preparation experts sure to have the required trainings and

orientation that will position them to meet the goals and objectives of the company. The owner of

OneSource VIP Services is Tiwana Bell. As at present the business location is homebased and the goal
of the founder is to expand the business by opening more office outlets.

OneSource VIP Services will only employ talented professionals with at least 3years experience in tax

services to manage those offices and enable it to compete with other Tax Preparation Service Providers
in Madison County, IL and its environs. OneSource VIP Services believes in building and

implementing solutions for growth. OneSource VIP services will use the following marketing tactics to
reach its target market with its services:

• Establishing three new locations in Madison & Saint Clair County, IL

• Providing a sub-leasing website database and matching service

• Offering financial education & debt management courses on a sliding fee scale

The goal of OneSource VIP Services is to be able to retain and acquire new clients through these

offerings. The three new offices will allow the firm to expand its market exposure to include all of

Tiwana Bell, Prior to 2019 worked in a tax office for two tax seasons. She wanted to be her own boss,
so she opened OneSource VIP Services to provide tax preparation and e-filing services to her friends,

family and local acquaintances in and around Madison County, IL. She worked as a freelance Graphic
& Web designer and saved $10,000 of her own money to start the project. She filed enough tax returns

in 2019 to replace the $10,000 she invested and was able to store a little away for next tax season. She

worked hard and gained a great reputation over the next two years and now plans to open three additional
locations in 2022.
