the SOP to work on investigations in NL marketplace as well but the tool via which
investigator use to take action was not updated with the launch. Weekly 1500+

investigations are filled in EU region wherein enforcement action is needed to be taken
EU6(UK/DE/ES/IT/FR/NL). The available feature only allows action across EU5 marketplace
as not updated with country launch. Operations reached out to Country launch manager
via SRCM team. To ensure the reported infringing content is taken down from our platform.

A new update that impacted both NI and Inf appeals was launched in , for
listing level appeals where document proofs are provided, please refer ONLY to

the Appeals SOP for both rejection and acceptance scenarios and not the

What has changed

We are no longer taking account level enforcement actions, as business team is
in the process of reinstating ASINs removed for price gouging from most

accounts. Pass any pre-POA that comes in for price gouging instead of taking
enforcement action.
