Share point
We use it to share knowledge, irregular cases, meeting minutes, concluded newsletter etc.
Also we share something funny. At share point, we almost divided into 7 sections.
There are case handling tips, newsflash, tool instructions ,take5 records, meeting minutes,
discussion forums, and have fun corner. When someone met an irregular case, after he
confirmed with Radar or Sr. investigator, he will input it to tips , then the others can
reference to the tips when handling same cases.
We use share point almost every day, we can find what we need from it. It helps members
catch up new knowledge, and find answers about irregular cases. It's our 'knowledge
center'. R

Through unifying the escalation form, manager can easy to manage, and also can leave a
record on Annotation ,it’s convenient for another investigator to check what have been
done.

We have created Annotation templates for listing appeal and account appeal; this
invention avoids many investigators from writing unclear about the specific investigation
process and omitting important investigation content; this invention unifies the
investigation norms across Japanese marketplace.
