Can you share some insights into your journey from an L3 to an L4? What roles and opportunities helped you
grow and what were your key learnings?

My journey in Amazon until date has been quite a ride! I joined as L3 investigator. Initially the key focus was on
understanding the process and meeting the deliverable's set in place. There were lot of things to learn and knowledge
to gain! Once this was achieved, the main target now was to do something beyond for the function. Being part of
process improvement team gave me the opportunity to work towards SOP changes, process automation and projects
.All this helped me to grow as an individual both in my personal and professional life. So far, every moment has been
a learning experience. Having a good understanding with the team mates, building connections, having patience and
being dedicated towards your work are they key learnings. A big Thankyou to My Manager and team for their support
throughout my journey.

A Taking ownership, Integrity, delivering results, prioritization and time management are some of the skills I have
