INTRODUCTION

Dear Readers

Welcome to our 7th Edition of the Speak to Lead Newsletter. We recently

conducted a survey and found that our readers find us extremely informative,

engaging and fun rating us an overall score of 4.5. We are ecstatic by the results
and are grateful for the feedback and support of the readers and our leaders
across the globe.

This edition focuses on our recent promotions from investigators across sites and
their mantra to success. We also interview a Leader from SJO, Jose Roberto

Calderon, who shares with us insights into his learning experiences and thoughts
along with career guidance for aspiring investigators. In these times of WFH and

uncertainty, it is clear that employees need to balance their physical and mental
well being, hence this International Yoga Day’ an RA employee from SJO teaches

us how to incorporate the good habit of yoga into our schedule to ensure healthy
mind, body and soul. In addition we also cover recent process updates and

success we have had along with industry updates and how Amazon is responding
to the various movements and crises occurring across the globe. A recent post

shared by Jeff on Instagram on #blacklivesmatter highlights the company’s
commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and finally a look at all the fun

activities we had at work.
