ASSESSING PUPIL’S ATTAINMENT AT THE END OF THE YEAR
Children’s progress is assessed summatively using the EPG Curriculum. Each term a Student Progress

personalise and insert for each of the learning areas.
Attainment
Students are assessed against various dimensions using the following mark scheme:

Student Progress Report (SPR) means that they are about children’s strengths and what progress
they have made in relation to the EPG Curriculum. Although the comments are standardized, the
report must also be personalised and show what progress each child has made towards the specified
areas of learning.
Progress Reports should include a positive sentence about what progress the child has made for each
of the different statements on the report for the term. A single target based either on something that
needs improvement for this term or one of the statements for next term.
