PARENT COMMUNICATION - APPOINTMENTS (SCHEDULED MEETINGS)

• A parent or a teacher can request for an appointment at any time to discuss parent’s or
teacher’s concern regarding a child through the Student Support Worker (SSW)
• The record of the meeting should detail who was in attendance, the subject discussed,
outcomes and action items agreed. Please see Supporting our Children Policy.
• The Branch Manager or SSW should be in attendance. Vice Principal may attend also if
needed.
• • It is critical they follow-up actions are executed in a complete and timely manner as a failure
to do so will impact parental satisfaction. Staffs are required to ask for help when needed. EPG
promotes team spirit among staff.
CIRCULARS/PARENTS LETTERS
• All parent communication is generally sent to parents via Whatsapp or the EPG website.
FIRST DAY PROCEDURES
• All teachers will be given a rota explaining this and the teachers on duty.
