                 Abstract
Technology is developing rapidly in today’s world. As a result, there has
been a change in management in every aspect. Modern technology is a tool for the

development of work systems in various public and private organizations in order to
operate within the organization quickly and efficiently.

The Court of Justice is an organization that has the mission of adjudicating
cases in order to provide justice for the people in legal matters. At present, the
Court of Justice is facing the problem of the number of cases that is increasing

rapidly. Therefore, the executives have a policy to apply modern technology to
support the management of cases more efficiently in order to achieve the goal of

speedy and fair proceedings. Thonburi Keaeng Court, as one of the organizations of
the Court of Justice, has used electronic technology as a tool to manage cases in
accordance with the format established by the Office of the Judiciary, such as the

Electronic Filing System (e-Filing System), Court Integral Online Service (CIOS), Court
Information Management System ( CIMS ) and Electronic Case Management

System (E-CMS), etc. However, in actual working conditions, such electronic
technology systems were developed independently and do not support each other
in order to manage the case from the beginning of the lawsuit until the court' s

verdict causing the work redundant. In addition, the incomprehensibility of the user
personnel and the problems of computer equipment that are outdated and

insufficient to work with the current electronic systems made such system unable
to manage a large volume of cases in the Kwaeng courts each year as effectively as
it should be. The author, therefore, has compared such case management system

with the process of foreign courts that use electronic system to manage cases in
order to show the pattern, advantages and disadvantages of a widely used court

case management system, leading to the formulation of an appropriate electronic
technology system for case management in the Thonburi Kwaeng Court and to be a
guideline for the management of the Kwaeng Court cases in Thailand.
