MANGO
DELIGHT
The taste of local spelt akes meets the aroma of a tropical mango. A drink that provides
the body with energy.
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango 50 g almonds
1 pouch Kyäni HL5 Citrus ½ tsp cinnamon powder
4 dates (pitted) 300 ml almond drink
80 g spelt akes
DIE ZUBEREITUNG
Die Mango schälen, das Frucht eisch vom Kern schneiden und die Mangostücke in einen
Standmixer geben. Die Datteln in kleine Stücke schneiden und ebenfalls in den Mixer
füllen. Die Dinkel ocken gefolgt von den Mandeln, etwas Zimt und dem Mandeldrink
auch in den Mixer geben und alles fein pürieren.
