 Vitamin booster for sports fans: the secret ingredient of our homemade protein drink?
 Cottage cheese!



 INGREDIENTS


 1 medium sized orange ( ca. 250 g)
 50 g carrot
 1 large tomato
 50 g soft apricots
 150 g cottage cheese
 150 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
 1 tablespoon peeled almonds
 2 pinches sweet paprika powder
 1 pouch Kyäni HL5 Citrus (alternatively Kyäni HL5 Peach)



 PREPARATION


 Mix all ingredients in a mixer.
