     this delicious post-workout smoothie. Bananas
     and blueberries provide fresh energy after a
     hard workout.

     INGREDIENTS


     1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
     250 ml almond milk
     50 g blueberries
     1 banana
     1 handful of spinach or kale

     PREPARATION


     Just mix all the ingredients into a creamy shake
