VERY BERRY












              A drink that is as delicious as it is refreshing: the recipe for the berry smoothie ensures a
              fruity, fresh treat of the carefree kind. Not only for fruit lovers, a real good mood kick!



              INGREDIENTS


               ½ piece of ginger (1 cm)         30 g yogurt
               30 g raspberries                 ½ tbsp honey
               30 g blackberries                1 pouch Kyäni Sunrise
               30 g blueberries                 100 ml mineral water
               50 g strawberries                A few basil leaves



              PREPARATION


              For the berry smoothie, peel the ginger piece and chop it very  nely or grate it on the


              nutmeg grater. Wash the berries and remove greenery and  ne stalks. Put the berries,

              ginger, yogurt, honey and 1 pouch of Sunrise into a blender, puree  nely and add water.
