CHAPTER IX
OTHER ALLOWANCE
Article 43
Employee in Custody
1. Management may make Termination of Employment to
Employees who can not work more than 6 months because
detained by the authorities.
2. Management may make Termination of Employees who before 6
months are found guilty by the court.
3. In the event an Employee is taken into custody by the authority not
due to Bank's indictment, the Bank shall not be obliged to pay
his/her salary; instead, the Bank shall provide financial support to
the Employee’s dependants as follows:
a. For 1 dependent, 25 % of the salary.
b. For 2 dependent, 35 % of the salary.
c. For 3 dependent, 45 % of the salary.
d. For 4 dependent, 50 % of the salary
4. The payment of financial support shall last for 6 months effective
from the first day of the Employee’s custody.
5. In the event that the court rules that the Employee concerned is
not guilty, then the Bank shall give back the full rights of the
Employee.
Article 44
Death Allowance for the Death of Employee
In the event that the employment relationship ends because the
Employee dies, the Employee's heirs will receive the following
payments:
1. Salary for the running month.
2. Funeral/condolence allowance.
3. Death allowance and Pension Fund from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
4. The legal heirs will be granted with 36 times of Employee’s latest
