unemployed then health facilities will be provided until he/she is
25 years of age.
2. Medical Plan covers only medical treatment expenses but not for
preventive health care for Employee and his/her dependent(s).
The detailed amount shall be determined by an official letter from
the Management and stipulated in the glossary of the Bank’
Medical Plan
3. The Management shall appoint an Insurance Bank to
professionally handle the implementation of the Medical Care
Plan.
4. The insured Medical Care Plan shall include among others
Hospitalization, Outpatient, Basic Dental Treatment and
Maternity.
5. Non-Insured Medical Benefits
In addition to insured medical benefits, other medical care such as
Optical, Traditional Treatment and General Check-up are also
provided.
Management regulates the amount of non insured medical
benefits by a Decision Letter from the Management.
6. Periodically, the Management shall provide and arrange a general
medical check-up for all Employees.
7. Any Employee who has not completed 1 year of service is entitled
to a 1/12 of his/her entitlement times the length of months of
service.
Article 42
Compensation for Accident at Work
1. Employees who experience work accidents are entitled to work
accident insurance in the Employment BPJS Program and
Insurance Policy.
2. Compensation in the form of:
a. Employee relocation fee from the place of accident to his/her
house or to the hospital.
