a. Employee wishes to get Employee loans is obliged to submit a
written application stating the purpose and objective of
his/her loan application, including a repayment plan, and a
willingness to repay and comply with the terms and
conditions as set forth by the Management in the employee
loan policy.
b. Employee wishes to get Employee loans should not use the
loan obtained for other purpose than that stated in the
application. Should any violation on this regard occurs, the
Employee concerned has to settle it immediately.
c. In the event of employment termination for any reason, the
Employee is obliged to make full repayment of all outstanding
loan balance.
d. Loan repayment shall be effected by means of deducting
Employee’s monthly salary in accordance to the loan
repayment schedule duly issued by the Bank.
3. At one period of time Employee can obtain multiple types of loans
as long as the installment does not exceed 1/3 of his/her monthly
net Salary.
4. To accommodate Employee’s car needs, start from Clerk level and
above who doesn’t qualify for the Car Ownership Program (car) as
as stipulated in Article 33 may apply for car loan.
5. All costs incurred from fulfilling the requested loans such as
insurance, notary fee, etc. shall be borne by Employees.
Article 41
Medical Benefits
In principle, health care of an Employee and his family is the
responsibility of each individual Employee. However, in order to assist
Employee and his/her family to obtain a reasonable medical care and
to maintain an appropriate standard of health among Employees, the
Management shall provide the following assistance:
1. The Management provides health facilities to Employee, wife or

husband and his/her children up to the 3 child. For Employee’s
child still in school, as long as he/she is still unmarried or
