for 4 (four) hours or more. Employees who have worked overtime
                 until 21.00 WIB or more, are entitled to receive overtime meals in
                 the following manner:
                a.  Employee  who have  to work overtime for 4 hours or more,
                    must obtain prior overtime approval from the Department
                    Head.
                b.  Since GAD has provided milk, coffee, creamer, tea, sugar for
                    employees  at the  BMI Pantry.  Employees  only need to  buy
                    food, if needed.
                c.  Food can be purchased in advance by employees using the off-
                    line method or on-line application, the  main thing is that
                    receipts must be available that clearly state the time and
                    location of food purchase according to the dates and hours of
                    overtime work. The maximum amount of food purchases that
                    can be claimed is IDR 100,000/day/person.
                d.  The employee next follows the Overtime Meal Reimbursement
                    Procedure by submitting a reimbursement claim for the food
                    purchased using the Reimbursement Form and attaching the
                    original food purchase receipt to GAD.

                                 Training and Development

              1.  Management considers human resources as an important asset in
                 the success  of  its  business and  because  of  this, employee
                 education and development is very important.

              2.  Management is responsible for developing and training
                 employees  according to their needs, positions and individual
                 potential, based on a continuous plan.

              3.  In its implementation, the Management shall always consider:
                 a.   The  required knowledge and  skills needed  to  enhance
                      Employee’s performance as well as his/her knowledge
                      background knowledge and potential.
                 b.  Education and training are provided based on the Bank’s
