3. Attendance premium can be provided as an incentive for Non-
Clerk level.
4. Management determined attendance premium will be stipulated
in a Decision Letter from the Management.

Article 37
Overtime Allowance

To compensate extra expenses incurred from overtime work as
stipulated in Article 26, the Bank also provides meals, transport and
holiday allowances to those entitled for overtime payment as follows:

1. Meal Allowance
When an Employee works up to 19.00 pm, the Bank provides
meal allowance, the amount of which shall refer to the value of
ordinary meal price and be determined by an official letter from
the Management.
2. Transport Allowance
When an Employee works up to 21.00 pm, the Bank provides
transport allowance that must refer to the value of ordinary
public transport fare of which the allowance value will be
determined by an official letter from the Management.
3. Holiday-work Allowance
Employee, regardless of his/her level, when requested to work for
a minimum of 4 hours during the weekend or national holidays,
shall receive a holiday-work allowance, the amount of which will
be determined by a Decision Letter from the Management.
For Employee with Officer level and above, he/she may choose to
replace his/her holiday-work allowance with an additional holiday
of the same length that he/she is entitled to.
The amount of holiday-work allowance will be stipulated in a
Decision Letter from the Management.
4. In accordance with Article 29 of Government Regulation No.
35/2021 Banks provide food and drinks of at least 1,400 (one
thousand four hundred) kilo calories, if employees work overtime
