Article 33
Job Function Allowance

Employees handling certain operational functions requiring specific
skills, expertise or special responsibilities, such “Dealers”,
“Programmers”, ”Marketers”, and the like, when deemed necessary,
can be granted with a job function allowance.
Management regulates job function allowance by a Decision Letter
from the Management.

Article 34
Transportation Allowance
(Vehicle Ownership Program (car/COP))

Taking into account the Bank's finances, Management will provide
transportation allowances in the form of a Vehicle (car) Ownership
Program based on the Employee's rank level.
Management regulates the procedures, requirements and amount of
transportation allowances in the pattern of employee benefits and
facilities policies.

Article 35
Special Allowance

Special allowance means an allowance granted to an Employee based
on the Management’s consideration on the contribution, manpower
common market practice and special task held by Employee as well as
the Bank’s interest.

Article 36
Attendance Premium

1. When deemed necessary, the Management may apply incentive
scheme by giving attendance allowance/premium.
2. The term “Attendance Premium” shall mean daily allowance
incurred from individual attendance in the office.
