CHAPTER VIII
                                ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS

              Management provides benefits whose payments are related to:
              1. level of rank,
              2. structural responsibility and
              3. Employee roles

              These benefits change or disappear if the employee's rank status or
              roles and responsibilities change.
              Management regulates the provisions of this allowance in a Decision
              Letter from the Management.

                                         Article 31
                                  Title / Grade Allowance

              Title or grade allowance means an allowance granted on the basis of
              Employee’s job title or grading that exists in the Bank’s organization.
              Management regulates title or grade allowance by a Decision Letter
              from the Management.

                                         Article 32
                                    Position Allowance

              The term position in this article refers to the  functional level of
              responsibilities or managerial tasks held by an Employee within a
              department, such as Department Head and/or Assistant Department
              Head.
              Employee who is assigned for a position as mentioned above is
              entitled to a Position Allowance.
              Management regulates Position Allowance by a Decision Letter from
              the Management.
