Article 39
Business Trip
1. The term Business Trip shall refer to an incidental or temporary
travel to fulfill certain job assignments other than those of routine
activities.
a. Business Trip also includes activities such as attending
business meetings, seminars, conferences, and trainings
acknowledged by the Management.
b. Expenses incurred from a Business Trip shall be borne by
the Bank based on written evidence.
2. Management regulates implementation Business Trip separately
in the Bank’s internal operation procedure.
Article 40
Employee Loans
Based on the Bank’s financial condition, the Management can provide
assistance for Employee in meeting his/her need by extending
Employee loans carrying light requirements and low interest rate. In
principle, these Employee loans are provided not for personal
business purpose.
The implementation procedures, the requirements as well as the
amount or scheme of the Employee loans shall be regulated
separately in Employee loan policy. However, in brief, it can be
outlined as follows:
1. Types of Employee Loans are Housing Loan including Apartment,
Vehicle Loan consist of Car Loan and Motorcycle Loan, Social Loan,
and Child Education Loan.
2. General requirements for obtaining the loans are as follow:
