Rapport Building Tips
Present a Strong Response
Homeowner: “I just moved here from New York”
Relocation Manager: “That’s awesome!” I have always wanted to visit New York. I
would love to visit one day. If I was to go to New York, what would be on the “must
do” list that you would recommend?”
This response has depth and allows you and the customer to have a meaningful
conversation. This will lead into other conversations to build a strong rapport.
