Rapport Building Tips
Additional Considerations
• Use your environment to build rapport.
• Look for clues about the customers interest such as sports memorabilia,
classic cars, art, workout equipment, etc.
• Customers love to talk about things that interest them.
• Get them to talk about what they are into so you can share a common bond
over something.
• These conversations should take place throughout the entire process and in
between each step.
