                                  Library Late Fine Notice
            This  notice  is  to  let  you  know that your  library  books  are  still  overdue.  Please
            return  your  books  as  soon  as  possible  to  avoid  a  substantial  fine.  You  have
            accumulated  a  fine  of  $25.  Effective  January  1  st,  the  late  fine  maximum  was
            increased. Your student council made this decision. The extra income will be used
            to pay for the new computer lab. You  can pay your fine at the library information
            desk on the first floor. Your grade report will be withheld until payment is received.
