Answer 2:
My friends and I are not as enthusiastic with fashion as we are with academics. We barely
consider the latest trends because they’re beyond our interests. We tend to choose our outfit not
based on style but on utility and comfort. We usually wear plain shirts, jeans and sneakers to
school. There are days when we are required to be in our uniforms so we gladly obey. During
the cold season, we wear the old winter clothes we used last year. We don’t bother to go out of
our way and buy new ones as long as our old garments still fit us and are still usable. Fashion
trends always fluctuate, and we consider them a poor investment.
