Though we think we've uncovered the gifts / that will
assure our children's careers as doctors, ↗ / lawyers,
↗ / actresses or athletes; / things don t always turn
out the way / we expect them to be. ↘ //
The prettiest little girl / may grow up gawky and
awkward. ↘ //
The scrawny little boy / can become quite the looker /
by the time he's a teenager. //
Even personalities can change. ↘ //
