                                                                                    When you work to meet a challenge, you get
                                                                                    stronger, smarter, and braver. You have to,

                                                                                    endurance. They make you push yourself
                                                                                    beyond what comes easily to you. You learn,
                                                                                    practice, and build the skills you need to get
                                                                                    the job done. Doing all this doesn’t just help

                                                                                    you meet a particular challenge. It makes you
                                                                                    more prepared for the next one, and it builds
                                                                                    the kind of confidence that lets you say, “I’ve

                                                                                    got this!”
