        미국의 한 연구팀이 수면과 음식 섭취량의 상관관계에 대한 연구 결과를 발표했습니다. 잠이 부족할 때

                                In the group with less sleep, the men in the study
                             consumed 263 more calories and women consumed 329
                             more calories. Most of the extra calories the participants
                             ate came from saturated fat. One of the common foods
                             people ate when they were sleep-deprived was ice
                             cream. The study revealed that when people get less
                             sleep, they are more likely to consume more fat and
                             calories.
