Long 도입 There are two bad habits that make me gain weight easily.
TALK 습관1 First, it’s extremely hard to get over the temptation of
appetizing late-night meals such as fried chicken, pizza, and
instant noodles. I can get them delivered around the clock
and it’s fun enjoying late-night meals with my family.
습관2 Second, skipping meals is another serious habit I should
break. I’ve lost weight with this method before, but I ended
up putting back on the weight within a few days of eating a
normal diet. This is well known as the yo-yo side effect.
마무리 So, eating late-night snacks and skipping meals are the two
main factors that make me gain weight.
제가 쉽게 살이 찌게 되는 두 가지 안 좋은 습관이 있습니다.
우선, 프라이드 치킨과 피자, 라면과 같이 식욕을 돋구는 야식의 유혹을
극복하기가 너무 어렵습니다. 야식을 24시간 내내 배달시킬 수 있고, 가족들과
야식을 즐기는 건 즐거운 일이죠.
둘째로, 식사를 거르는 것도 제가 고쳐야 할 또 하나의 심각한 습관입니다.
이전에 이렇게 해서 체중을 감량한 적이 있었으나 결국 일반 식사를 한 지 며칠
만에 몸무게가 돌아왔습니다. 이것은 요요 부작용으로 잘 알려져 있죠.
따라서, 야식을 먹고 식사를 거르는 것은 제가 살이 찌는 두 가지 주요한
원인입니다.
