Problems with Fossil Fuels

There is another possible problem with fossil fuels.

Burning fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide, one of many

greenhouse gases. Like a glass greenhouse, these gases

trap heat. Some scientists think that too many

greenhouse gases in the atmosphere might make the

earth too warm. This is called global warming.
