CNA Students Visit Spartanburg Regional Medical Center
On April 17, 2023, the CNA stu-
dents visited Spartanburg Region-
al Medical Center to learn about
the different employment oppor-
tunities available to them once
they receive their Certified Nurs-
ing Assistant license which they
can earn while at DMTC. Using
simulation manikins, students got
to practice intubating an infant,
providing CPR, and using an AED
(automated external defibrillator).
They also learned about SRMC’s program to help them pay for college tuition while
working part time for the hospital. This was a great learning experience for our stu-
dents!
