It’s the first time I hear her

mouth. I can see the pandemic

really leaving a huge impact on her
small business. A news reported
that in Taoyuan, the foreign labors

were infected with the new variant
from Covid-19, and they had spread
the virus around the city so much
that plenty of people were getting
infected as well. Due to the sprread

of this unverified news, Taiwanese
people were holding more hatred
than ever toward people from

Southeast Asia. Hance, the stand
was receiving less and less
Taiwanese customers. But I’d like to
put it in this way: Food is just food.

Food is just food. Dishes in those

stands are not as terrible as you
assumed to be.

Even thought it might not give you the first impression
that’s very pleasant, but it can surely blow your mind
after having it for once. Nonetheless, fear comes

from ignorance. If you can try to really understand
and not be driven by your bias, I believe most of
you can understand why the sourness can be so
fascinating. Nevertheless, what the exact bias that
kept interfering with our decisions that come only
