what Hispanics value most: family and moving forward in life. Leveraging Synchrony’s
products in the context of what helps Hispanics move forward could resonate well with
the target.
Messaging that engages them in an emotional, yet relevant, manner. US Hispanics
connect with brands that represent their same values, interests, and passions in a
genuine and sincere manner. Incorporating these in Synchrony’s brand
communications will build trust, loyalty and in conjunction with relevant products and
enhanced customer experiences and advocacy.
Strategies focusing on engaging with younger Hispanics. The fastest growth rates for
US Hispanics are within the younger age groups. Catering to these younger segments
brings increased growth opportunities and lifetime value.
