National Sojourners® Headquarters Relocation Update

On February 15, 2025, Brother National
President Carl Diamond signed the lease
for our new Headquarters office, following
an extensive search of available suitable
properties in suburban Northern Virginia.
Our new home is in a prime location on the
first floor of a recently remodeled building
at 4443 Brookfield Corporate Dr, Suite
120, Chantilly, VA 20151. Only a short
distance from Dulles International Airport
and the Udvar-Hazy Smithsonian Air and
Space Museum, the property is easily
accessible from Routes VA 28, US 50 and
I-66. It is approximately twenty-two (22)
miles northwest of the current location at
7942-R Cluny Court, Springfield, VA. The property is an ADA Accessible Class B office, fully renovated in
2021 with top quality finishes throughout building. At 3,697 square feet, the suite has approximately 85
percent more usable floor space than our current quarters. The new office will provide sufficient room, suitable
for public visitation, to display the museum artifacts owned by The Foundation for The Collingwood Library
and Museum on Americanism® (CLMA) and the Heroes of ’76®. The five-year lease is effective on April 1,
2025, giving us a three-month overlap with our current home and allowing ample time to move and organize
our furnishings before our lease at Cluny Court expires on June 30, 2025.
