14 THE SOJOURNER
CAMP LEJEUNE CHAPTER # 329, Denny Norris, Secretary.
Camp Lejeune Chapter, in a joint
program with the Scottish Rite, Valley
of New Bern, was honored and
privileged to present the “BUILDING
THE FLAG” program on 13 February
2025 to veterans residing at the North
Carolina State Veterans Home located
in Kinston, NC. A key part of our
continuing commitment to Proudly
Serving the Cause of Patriotism, the
aim of the program was to salute those
who have served and sacrificed for
America's freedom; socially interact
with them; convey our gratitude for
their service; and, of course, build the
Stars and Stripes stripe by stripe and
star by star.
