of Melvin W. Byers, Chapter No. 503, Fort Myers, FL. awarded the National Sojourners JROTC medal and
certificate to JROTC High School Cadets who has demonstrated the highest quality of Americanism and Patri-
otism during the School Year 2022-2023. The Chapter #503 has 24 JROTC Schools in their jurisdictions to
include one Navy JROTC unit in Charlotte County, seven Army JROTC units in Collier County, and 16 Army
JROTC units in Lee County.
