Committees will have either their Committee Chairman or a designated
representative in attendance at the Mid-Winter.

Each Chairman or their representative shall make a report on what their

committee has done (IE:zoom meetings, communications, etc)/
accomplished since the last ANC and what they plan to accomplish by the
the next ANC.

Committees will notify their National Line Representative of any meeting
(ZOOM).
