VALLEY FORGE CAMP, HEROES OF ’76 (Benjamin Franklin Chapter #16) David J. Gillespie,

Heroes from Valley Forge Camp, Heroes
of ‘76 performed a Color Guard on
Saturday, 10 August 2024. The MOWW
National Conference was held at the
Crowne Plaza, King of Prussia, PA. This
was part of the opening ceremony for
their Memorial Service honoring
members lost in recent years. The United
States Flag and accompanying muskets
were carried by Bro. (SSGT) Charles
Hollway, USAF, Bro (SGM) Anthony
Carroll, USA, Ret. Chapter President and
Valley Forge Camp Commander and Bro
(MAJ) Gary M. Portnoy, USAF, Ret.
Past President. Additional support was
provided by Bro. (MSGT) David
Gillespie, USA, Ret. and Bro. Al Serota,
