CHARLESTON CHAPTER #28, Gregg H. Schneider, Secretary.
At the February 2024 meeting of Charleston Chapter, a Quilt of Valor was presented to Bro. James Schaefer
by the Cobblestone Guild from Charleston. At our March meeting the Chapter presented a framed “Toast to
the Flag” to Bro. Bob Mastrione, Colonel, Retired. We also presented several Bridge of Light awards to
deserving members of the Chapter.
