     Chapter 8  – Your Boxing Footwork Workouts
                Now that I’ve shared with you 22 highly effective boxing footwork drills that
                I regularly perform and prescribe to my clients it’s time to put them all
                together into a series of boxing footwork workouts.
                Before I share my workouts with you let me start by saying these are just my
                examples, there’s really no right or wrong way to structure your boxing
                footwork workout… grab a bunch of drills from this book and place them
                together into a workout by setting repetitions/rounds for each exercise to suit
                your liking.
                Alternatively follow some of my examples below (sometimes I like to
                incorporate elements of explosive drills, endurance drills and technical
                drills all into one boxing foot workout, other times I might perform 3 boxing
                footwork workouts per week – with each workout focusing on one of these
                different areas.
