Incomplete Requirements not fully met
74 and below 5.00 Failed
a. A grade of “5.0” means failed; re- enrollment of the subject is
required.
b. An INC grade is given to a student whose class standing
throughout the semester is passing but fails to satisfy any of the
prescribed requirements of the subject teacher
c. Students who incurred Incomplete grades after the issuance of
Honorable Dismissal will no longer be allowed to complete even if
the reglementary period of one (1) academic year for the completion
has not yet lapsed.
