c. Student who incurs absences more than 20% of the total
number of lecture and laboratory hours in a term without valid
reasons shall be dropped from the class roll.
d. A 15-minute tardiness shall be equivalent to one-hour period
absence.
18. CLASS SIZE
1. The recommended class size shall be as follows:
Lecture Teacher – 30-50
Tool or major subject – 25
Laboratory/Shop – 25-30
Science Laboratory -- 25-30
19. SUBSTITUTION OF SUBJECT
The student may request for substitution of subject/s upon the
recommendation of the subject specialist, Program/Department
Chair subject to the approval of the dean and the Registrar.
