10. Represent the Department in appropriate bodies/offices, chair
meetings of faculty of the department and cause the resolution of
conflicts in accordance with established policies and sound
management operation practices.
IMPLEMENTATION
A. The Dean is assisted by a Department Chair for Bachelor of
Science in NURSING (BS N) who has earned a Master’s
degree in Nursing .
B. The Supervisory Program of the Dean for 2018-2022 is
described in the OPCR of the Dean. Such functions includes:
a. Class supervision
b. Faculty evaluation
c. Student evaluation
d. Curriculum revision
e. Review of syllabi and instructional materials
f. Monitoring of extra-curricular activities
C. The Dean participates in the recruitment and selection of
faculty for Nursing
a. The dean serves as a member of the campus faculty selection and
promotion board.
