a smile on his face and a helping
hand for anyone. When you talked
with Scott, he always left you with
a good feeling about the world. I
will miss his friendship and positive
attitude. He loved his family dearly.
I never spoke with him without him
bragging on his children and wife.

...genuine, a gentleman,
a man of honor and integrity, a
friend and tireless worker who was
the same every time you met him,
having an infectious laugh and a APGA Board of Directors
tremendous smile, loving friends

I thank God for having known Scott Lybarger
him and look forward to seeing
him again. This is how I will forever
remember Scott.

I fi nd it hard to put into
words the sorrow that I have
felt since the passing of Scott
Lybarger. For the past 25 years
I,along with everyone who knew
him, developed a friendship
and respect that is earned
when a person conducts his
life in a manner as Scott did.
His contributions to making the
propane industry more effi cient
and safe were numerous. It was
obvious that Scott’s priorities were
God, family and the propane
industry. All who knew him will
miss him tremendously, but I am
sure that he has heard the words
“Well done my good and faithful
servant.”
