 Complete a culture brief – employee for one year [re-certify annually]
questionnaire completed by  $1,495 annual fee
executives/support staff.  Gain access to Great Place To Work

 How are we involved in the community? Work website
 Why Costello’s? Etc.

Step 2:
 Employees complete a survey
 Takes about 15 minutes

 We choose when the survey is launched
 We will receive the results from the survey

and be able to compare our scores to the
national average
