Thank you and your team for allowing us the opportunity to present to you the JC White solution for your client JAZWARES. We have worked with our many wonderful
manufacturing partners to create a blended package we feel represents your design intent while providing JAZWARES a fantastic opportunity to move to their new
Headquarters on time and with great furniture.

On behalf of all the employees at JC White, we truly appreciate this opportunity. Our main company goal is to always strive to exceed the performance expectations of
the clients we are working with, to be honest and forthright in what we can and cannot do, and work toward a solution where we all feel good.

In anticipation of any award, we would be given, I have assembled a JC White team to manage this project. Our team would include myself as your main point of
contact, Neftali Cintron as your field project manager and Inbal Fox as your in-house designer.

We have priced all the selections to the best of our ability. Where we weren’t able to price an item, we either are providing an alternative manufacturers offering for
you to compare costs or not bidding the category.

But, most importantly, product aside, it is the people that will execute the plan that counts the most and no one has the support and expertise like our employees at JC
White. We truly hope we are given a long look because we feel, the longer you look, the better we look.
