RFP RESPONSES

• We have provided completed projects similar in size and scope
including American Express, AutoNation, Nations Safe Drivers,
Starwood Capital and many more

• We don’t have legal disputes which prevents us from providing
JAZWARES all the furniture quoted in our proposal

• We have provided information about JC White, our team and
our 40 plus year history

• Installation is priced as normal business hours and we are 100%
confident we will meet the schedule provided in the RFP

• Storage can be provided for a short period of time as we have
over 20,000 sq feet of warehouse space. Fees and timing will
need to be negotiated

• Upon award, our Project Manager will assess the existing furniture
and provide detailed reporting on how to reuse existing furniture
and any costs associated with this move

• Upon award, our Project Manager will site visit and verify all
critical dimensions as well as mark core locations for high and

low voltage requirements

• We will provide all applicable manufacturers warranties and not
charge anything for the service but cannot provide additional
warranties at no cost to JAZWARES
