RFP RESPONSES

• Where we can, we will provide loaner furniture in the event
something came damaged and cannot be used until a
replacement arrives

• JC White still believes in service which is why we maintain a fully
staffed warranty department to meet our clients needs

• We will provide any necessary and requested warranty
information, technical information where available, electronic
brochures, material samples, etc. upon request

• JC White uses a simple contract which we have included in this
proposal and is necessary to have authorized prior to furniture
being ordered

• JC White is a contract furniture dealer and therefore does not
provide any necessary permits, low voltage or electrical work

• JC White would be honored to be awarded this opportunity and
we believe all terms and conditions can be worked out with

meeting each other and talking through any concerns which is
why we are the #1 contract furniture dealer in South Florida and

have been for decades
