Ultimate Software

Ultimate Software is a cloud provider of human capital management solutions. Founded in 1990, Ultimate’s team has grown to more
than 4,200 people who are dedicated to improving the personal work experience for employees through technology and services.

JC White was contracted to provide furniture for all Ultimate Software offices in North America. Their goal is to create a feel-good
environment that embodies the company motto of “People First.” Ultimate Software achieves this by creating spaces where workers
feel motivated to work, collaborate, feel valued, and have fun. They themed each office to evoke a feeling of success and among the
workers of the space. Graphics, finishes, lighting, and design reflect the chosen theme throughout the space.

JC White followed the lead of Ultimate’s Software’s design professional to create areas where workers could collaborate in different
ways. We provided suitable furniture and finishes for open and private offices, collaborative spaces, break areas, and meeting areas
while supporting the designer’s and client’s concept. The design vision combined with the furnishing solutions to created desired
spaces for end users who now enjoy their work environment. By promoting wellness and a desirable workspace, Ultimate Software
made their workers feel more appreciated, leading to a productive, dedicated, and successful workforce.
