           Update Your Self-Professed KSBs on your Resume

          Leaders are now leveraging the self-professed KSBs on your resume as an important tool when
          determining the best talent for their organizations. It is important for you to promote yourself by
          demonstrating your KSBs on your AIM2 Resume. The Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP), new
          initiatives to create flexible and stable career paths for officers, new assessments to test and
          validate the cognitive and non-cognitive skills of our officers and new promotion authorities which
          allow for the merit-based promotion of our Officer Corps. Underlying these changes are data points
          and metrics within an officer’s talent profile known as Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors.


















































          Broadening Opportunities

          Broadening Opportunities allow Finance and Comptroller officers to expand their capabilities and
          understanding through experiences in and outside of the Army. Through experiences or education,
          officers immerse themselves in different organizational cultures and environments. By doing so,
          the Army develops its officers’ ability to operate and learn outside of their perspectives. Ultimately,
          broadening assignments improve individual officers and benefit the Army.  Below are some
          Broadening Opportunity Programs available to you.
